Another key service we offer is field application of AQUA AERO protective anti-corrosion coatings.
AQUA AERO COATINGS B.V. based in the Netherlands, has been manufacturing extreme chemical resistant coil coatings for long term protection of heat-exchanging coils in challenging environments since 2008.
Their coating products have been tested and excel at the most important accelerated wear tests, including salt spray, adhesion and flexibility tests. Additionally, they have a negligible effect on the heat-transfer efficiency of the coil and don’t act as a heat-barrier.
The coatings are spray-applied, using special equipment and are pigmented for easy visibility. They deliver exceptional performance in applications where aluminum/copper coils must be protected from aggressive or corrosive environments, such as units located near the sea, in polluted or industrials areas.
Our protective coating service will prevent the premature replacement of cooling equipment due to corrosion damage and in case of application on undamaged coils, will ensure that they retain their optimal heat-transfer efficiency during the life cycle of the equipment, keeping energy consumption at nominal levels.
