CUSTOM PRE-COOLING solution

 

Evaporative cooling is absolute in its reliability as it works in accordance with fundamental natural principles.

Evaporative cooling occurs whenever water comes into contact with warm air:

- When water evaporates, sensible energy is converted into latent energy.

- This reduction in sensible energy results in a reduction in air temperature.

Our custom-made evaporative cooling system is retrofitted to the condenser coils of mechanical cooling equipment and improves their heat-transfer efficiency during the cooling period. Our solution requires no alterations to the cooling equipment, as it only affects it indirectly.

Improving the heat-transfer efficiency of vapor-compression cooling equipment leads to lower refrigerant pressures. This in turn leads to lower energy consumption, which fluctuates in accordance with the ambient air temperature, relative humidity (RH), internal heat gain and the design of the cooling equipment.

The improved heat transfer efficiency and lower operating temperatures improve the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle and increase the cooling output, which in turn results in fewer working hours for the compressors.

This results in energy savings in the range of 15% to 35% of the cooling equipment’s energy consumption.
